摘　　要：在分析高校辅导员行业协会的发展现状和存在问题的基础上,借鉴其他行业协会和国外学生事务管理工作行业协会的经验和做法,提出增强高校辅导员组织归属感的途径:政治正确,严格贯彻执行党的教育方针;准确定位,与政府、高校相剥离;以人为本,立足服务高校辅导员发展;增强实力,争取各方支持,设立基金会;创新发展,引领高校辅导员理论与实践提升。There is an issue of organizational commitment in the construction of college counselors,which is closely linked to the student management system and operation mechanism adopted in our higher education today. This paper observes the development of college counselors＇ guild and its existing problem,learning from the experience and practice of other guilds as well as foreign student affairs management guilds. And then,the author puts forward practical ways to strengthen the college counselors＇ organizational commitment,which has important significance in improving college counselors＇ professional self-identity.
