摘　　要：无线资源控制RRC(Radio Resource Control)子层位于空中接口协议层3的底层,对无线资源进行控制和管理。该文重点研究了GMR-1 3G系统RRC子层的功能、各状态下的任务、状态间的转换以及RRC连接管理的过程。Radio Resource Control （RRC） sub-layer located on the bottom of the air interface protocol layer 3,it takes control and management of the radio resource.This paper focuses on the study of the function of GMR-1 3G RRC sub-layer system,the task of each state, transitions between states and RRC connection management procedure.
