摘　　要：该文主要介绍了红外遥控编码-解码IC对管的一种简易测试方法。通过对此类电路编码/解码的信号流程分析,按辅助接连的方式设计出一种新型简便的组合测试方法,解决了该门类产品无法在模拟测试系统上进行测试的技术难题。此方法的优点在于设计简单,外围元件少,同时用一套测试程序和测试DUT板就能实现两块IC对管的测试,缩短了品种测试开发调试的时间,节约了资源,提高了测试效率。This paper mainly introduces the infrared remote control encoding-decoding IC on a simple test method of tube.By this encoding/decoding circuit signal flow analysis,design a new type of simple combination testing method by auxiliary successive way,solve the technical problem of the products can not be tested in the simulation test system.This method has the advantages of simple design,less peripheral elements,and a set of test programs and test DUT board can achieve two block IC on the tube test,shorten the debugging time of vari-ety test development,conservation of resources,improve the efficiency of testing.
