摘　　要：目的分析广东省东莞市手足口病流行病学特征,为控制手足口病提供参考依据。方法对2009-2012年东莞市手足口病疫情资料和实验室检测结果进行描述和分析。结果 2009-2012年东莞市共报告手足口病病例91 238例,重症653例,死亡14例,年均发病率为292.62/10万;各月均有手足口病报告,病例集中在4-7月,呈单峰型曲线;5岁以下儿童占总病例数的95.75%;散居儿童占77.57%,托幼儿童占19.25%;流动人口占61.25%,本地人口占38.75%;聚集病例多发生在托幼机构;普通病例病原体以其他肠道病毒为主,占60.08%;重症病例以EV71为主,占81.48%;死亡病例100%由EV71引起。结论东莞市手足口病发病率有上升趋势,应重点做好手足口病的病原学监测,以及5岁以下散居儿童和托幼机构的防控工作。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand- foot- mouth disease （HFMD） in Dongguan city, and provide references for prevention and control of the disease. Methods Descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the epidemic data of HFMD and the results of laboratory test from 2009 to 2012. Results Totally 91 238 HFMD cases were reported in Dongguan during 2009-2012, with 653 severe cases and 14 deaths. The average annual incidence of HFMD were 292.62/105. Cases were reported in each month, and the incidence peaked from April to July of the year, with a single peak curve. Cases under 5 years old accounted for 95. 75%. Scattered children accounted for 77. 57% nursery children accounted for 19.25% and floating population accounted for 61.25%. The local population accounted for 38. 75%. Almost all of the outbreaks occurred in nurseries and kindergartens. The main pathogens of ordinary cases were the other enteric virus, accounting for 60. 08%. The main pathogens of severe cases were EV71, accounting for 81.48%, and 100% of the death cases were caused by EV71. Conclusion HFMD incidence in Dongguan is in a rising trend. More emphasized control and prevention measures should be carried out targeting children under 5 years old and children in nurseries and kindergartens.
