摘　　要：目的了解遂宁市海洛因成瘾者参加美沙酮社区药物维持治疗的维持情况,为制定干预措施提供重要依据。方法采用国家统一制定的调查表,对2011年全年申请加入遂宁市社区药物维持治疗的167名海洛因成瘾者和坚持美沙酮维持治疗半年后的103名受治者进行问卷调查。结果经过半年的维持治疗,患者静脉注射吸毒方式由治疗前的60.48%下降为39.19%;发生性行为时安全套使用率由治疗前17.56%上升为36.11%;违法犯罪行为由40.12%下降为20.39%;个人、家庭、社会功能均得到一定程度改善;82.52%患者对美沙酮维持治疗表示认可和满意。结论遂宁市参与美沙酮替代海洛因进行维持治疗的海洛因成瘾者,违法犯罪行为降低和高危行为有所降低,社会功能改善。Objective To evaluate the effect of methadone maintenance treatment （MMT） in the commu- nities of Suining, and thus to provide references for prevention measures. Methods Unified survey forms were used to investigate 167 heroin addicts in MMT community clinics and 103 of those treated for half a year. Results The rate of intravenous drug abuse decreased from 60. 48% to 39. 19%; the rate of using condoms before sex increased from 17. 51% to 36. 11 %, and the crime rate decreased from 40. 12% to 20. 39%. Improvements were observed in functions all at individual, family and social level. A proportion of 82. 52% addicts accepted and felt satisfied with MMTP. Conclusion The MMT in communities of Suining is effective in lowering the crime and high risk behaviors, and also could improve the social functions of the heroin addicts.
