基于SinoMed国内人禽流感文献计量分析

摘  要:目的通过分析SinoMed全部人禽流感文献,试图从文献学角度描述人禽流感相关研究在时间、机构、地区、期刊和作者等项目间的分布情况,为人禽流感的预防与控制提供信息支撑。方法采用文献计量的方法,对SinoMed的人禽流感文献进行计量分析。结果最早文献发表于1994年,2003年以前发表文献较少,1994-2003年仅9篇,2004年以后发文量激增,高峰出现在2006和2007年分别为328和326篇,以后呈总体下降趋势。共发文1 603篇,基金资助253篇(15.8%);北京、广东、山东为地区发文前3名,合计428篇(35.8%);中国疾病预防控制中心、中国动物卫生与流行病学中心、浙江省疾病预防控制中心为机构发文前3名;中国动物检疫、畜牧兽医科技信息、传染病网络动态等24种杂志为核心期刊,发文570篇(35.6%);依据普赖斯公式,作者数和发文数占比分别是11.86%和23.31%。结论 SinoMed的人禽流感文献与人禽流感实际流行趋势相关,发文较多的单位为疾病预防机构和动物防病机构,未形成核心作者群。Objective To analyze all the literature of human avian influenza with SinoMed and to learn the distributions of time, institutions, areas, journals and authors, and thus to provide information sup- port for the prevention and control of human avian influenza. Methods With method of literature metrology, the literature on human avian influenza were statistically analyzed. Results The earliest paper was published in 1994 and there were only 9 papers before 2003; the number of literature began to increase quickly from 2004 and peaked in 2006 (326) and 2007 (326); afterwards, the number began to decrease as a whole. A total of 1603 papers were published, of which 253 (15.8%) were supported by fund; the top three areas were respectively Beijing, Guangdong and Shandong, reaching a total of 428 (35. 8%) articles; the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, China Animal Health and Epidemiology Center and Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention were the top 3 institutions; 570 papers (35.6%) were published on 24 kinds of core journals, such as The Chinese Animal Quarantine, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science and Technology Information, Infectious Disease Network Dynamic. According to the basis price formula, the proportions of numbers of authors and papers were 11.86% and 23.31%, respectively. Conclusion The trends of literature publishing and the actual prevalence of human avian influenza are correlated. The CDCs and animal disease prevention institutions are the superiors of publishing the papers, and no core-author groups have formed.
