摘  要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者降钙素原(PCT)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化及其在临床诊治中的作用。方法选择我院2012年2月至2013年5月期间收治的COPD患者86例,其中急性发作期(AECOPD)患者42例作为AECOPD组,COPD稳定期患者44例作为COPD稳定期组,以同期健康成人体检者30例作为对照组。检测并比较各组受试者的PCT与hs-CRP水平。结果 AECOPD组患者血清PCT、hs-CRP水平显著高于COPD稳定期组(P<0.01);COPD稳定期组患者血清hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。42例AECOPD患者治疗后有10例死亡,死亡组血清PCT、h S-CRP显著高于存活组(P<0.05)。结论 AECOPD患者血清PCT、hs-CRP水平显著升高,通过检测两者水平可以预测COPD的发生与发展和疾病严重程度,为临床诊治提供帮助。Objective To examine the levels of procalcitonin (PCT) and high sensitive C reaction protein (hs-CRP) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and explore their roles in clinical diagnosis and treatment of COPD. Methods Eighty-six patients with COPD admitted in our hospital from February 2012 to May 2013 were selected and divided into acute exacerbation (AECOPD) group (42 cases) and stable COPD group (44 cases). Thirty healthy adult volunteers were evolved as a control group. The levels of PCT and hs-CRP in those groups were detected. Results In AECOPD group, serum PCT and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than those in stable COPD group (P〈0.01). Serum hs-CRP level in stable COPD group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Among the 42 patients with AECOPD, 10 cases dead, in which, serum PCT, and hS-CRP were significantly higher than those in the survival cases (P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum PCT and hs-CRP levels increased significantly in AECOPD patients, and they could be used to predict the occurrence and development of COPD and the severity of the disease.
