摘　　要：起拱机调整机构计数器转数的大小直接影响生产出的拱型槽板曲率半径大小 .本文根据实际情况 ,综合考虑了设备有关零件的外形尺寸、系统间隙、运动参数变化和拱型槽板回弹变形等因素的影响 。Rotation counts of arch raising machine's counter influence directly curvatures of manufactured arched trough plate.Considering such factors as its components' shape,size,gap,motion parameter change,arched trough plate spring and defromation,this paper deduces a parameter relationhsip between cuvatures of arched trough plate and the rotation counts of the counter.
