雷火灸配合宣氏压痛点强刺激推拿治疗腰腿痛患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察雷火灸配合宣氏压痛点强刺激推拿治疗腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法将80例腰腿痛患者随机分为两组,每组各40例。治疗组采用雷火灸配合宣氏压痛点强刺激推拿治疗方法,对照组则应用传统艾灸、推拿配合康复训练进行治疗。结果两组患者的腰腿痛均缓解,治疗组的总有效率82.50%,高于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05)。VAS、FMA、BI、SS-QOL评分治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸配合宣氏压痛点强刺激推拿治疗腰腿痛是一种行之有效的方法。Objective： To observe thunder fire moxibustion plus Xuan＇s strong stimulation massage in pressure point therapy for patients with lumbocrural pain. Methods： 80 patients with this disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with Xuan＇s strong stimulation massage therapy while the control group was given traditional moxibustion, massage and rehabilitation. Results： Lumbocrural pain of both groups was relieved. The total effective rate in treatment group was 82.5% higher than 65% of control group （P〈 0.05）. VAS,FMA, BI,SS-QOL scores of treatment group were better than those of control group （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Thunder fire moxibustion combined with Xuan＇s strong stimulation massage in pressure point therapy treating lumbocrural pain is an effective method ,which is worthy of further study and application.
