三七生肌膏促进激光治疗雀斑术后创面愈合临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察三七生肌膏促进激光治疗雀斑术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法将96例在重庆市中医院美容科使用倍频Q开关Nd:YAG激光(532 nm)治疗雀斑的患者,随机平均分为3组,治疗组术后以三七生肌膏外涂,对照组术后喷洒壳聚糖长效抗菌敷料,空白组术后不采用任何辅助治疗措施。观察周期为15 d。观察3组患者的术后创面疼痛消失时间以及创面愈合情况,随访痂皮脱落后色素沉着情况。结果应用三七生肌膏治疗组的创面疼痛消失时间、愈合时间及色素沉着发生率较对照及空白组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三七生肌膏能减轻激光治疗创面疼痛,促进创面愈合,并减少色素沉着。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Sanqishengji Ointment （SQSJO） in promoting postoperative wound healing of freckle patients. Methods： 96 cases under multiplier Q-switched Nd： YAG laser （532nm） were randomly divided into three groups. The treatment group was coated with SQSJO postoperatively,the control group was sprayed with chitosan antibacterial dressing,and the blank group was not given any assistant treatment postoperatively. Each group had 32 cases and the postoperative treatment cycle lasted for 15ds. The wound healing and pain lasting time of 3 groups were observed. The pigmentation conditions were followed up after the scab off postoperatively. Results ： The differences of SQSJO treatment group and other two groups were statistically significant in wound healing, pain lasting time, and pigmentation. Conclusion： SQSJO can relieve wound pain, promote healing and reduce pigmentation.
