中药配合超声引导下穿刺抽脓治疗乳腺脓肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药配合超声引导下穿刺抽脓治疗乳腺脓肿的临床疗效。方法将83例患者随机分为两组,对照组41例予以单纯超声引导下穿刺脓肿引流;观察组42例在对照组基础上给予口服中药治疗,观察并比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间、平均体温恢复正常时间、平均血常规恢复正常时间、疼痛评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而两组平均抗生素使用时间相当(P>0.05)。结论中药辅以超声引导穿刺抽脓治疗乳腺脓肿具有缩短病程、减轻痛苦、提高疗效的优势,不失为该病的有效治疗手段之一。Objective： To observe the curative effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） with ultrasoundguided pus aspiration on the. Methods： 83 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with TCM drugs on the basis of the control group with ultrasound-guided pus aspiration.Then the curative effects in 2 groups were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate of observation group with 95.24% was superior to that of the control group with 78.05%（P〈 0.05）. The day of average be in hospital,the average time of the temperature returned to normal,the average time of the blood returned to normal and the score of pain in observation group were less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. However,there was no statistical significance in the average time of antibiotics between 2 groups （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM with ultrasoundguided pus aspiration, which can shorten the course ,reduce pain and improve the curative effect, is one of the effective therapies in the mammary abscess.
