摘　　要：文章根据目前市场的实际情况,针对如何降低包钢无缝钢管厂的生产成本,提高轧辊使用寿命,降低轧辊消耗,进行了可行性的研发和试验,并且对试验的结论进行了分析和总结。In the paper,it is introduced the feasible research and development as well as experiments are carried out aiming at how to reduce the production costs for Seamless Tube Plant of Baotou Steel,improve longevity of rollers and reduce consumption of rollers according to the actual situation of market at present. Moreover,the conclusions of experiments are analyzed and summarized.
