摘　　要：开展任期经济责任审计,对于评价领导干部工作业绩效,促进领导干部勤政廉政,以及科学、合理选拔任用干部等方面,都发挥了较好的作用。文章围绕当前开展领导干部任期经济责任审计的作用、不足之处及对策进行了分析。It plays a better role in such as evaluating job performance of leaders,promoting leaders to keep government functionaries honest and industrious as well as scientifically and reasonably selecting and employing leaders to carry out audit of economic responsibilities in term of office. In the paper,it is analyzed the functions,deficiencies and countermeasures on carrying out audit of economic responsibilities for leaders in term of office at present.
