摘  要:内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司600 MW直接空冷机组多次发生因高温、大风天气引发背压高而导致出力受限的问题,对机组高温季节的运行经济性与安全性造成严重影响。在保留空冷凝汽器原有冲洗管路、设备的基础上,通过增设空冷凝汽器喷淋系统,对空冷机组冷却系统进行了改造。加装喷淋系统后,高温季节机组运行背压明显降低,可以维持在规定范围内,机组运行安全性得以提高。喷淋系统投入运行后,2台机组每年可节约40余万元成本,4a左右即可收回投资,经济效益显著。Due to the high temperature or strong wind weather condition, the 600 MW direct dry cooling units repeatedly occurred the problems of limited output caused by high back pressure in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co., Ltd., seriously influenced running safety and economy of the unit in high temperature seasons. In the retention of original flushing pipelines and equipments on the air cooled condenser, through installing sprinkler system, the cooling systems of the units was modified. After installation of sprinkler systems, the turbine running back pressure decreased significantly in high temperature seasons, could be maintained within a predetermined range, units safety were improved. Since the sprinkler system was put into operation, the 2 units could save more than 400 000 yuan cost annually,could recover the investment in about 4 years, the economic benefits was significant.
