摘  要:为增加供热面积和提高机组热效率,某化工生产企业自备电厂采用高背压真空加热器吸收机组乏汽余热,对热电联产直接空冷机组进行了供热技术改造。改造后,机组减少了冷源损失,提高了循环热效率,供暖循环水温度升高了15~20℃,厂用电率下降了1.5%~2%,经过整个供热周期的考验,机组及供热系统运行状况良好,达到了改造目的。并给出了机组继续进行热、电、冷三联产深度节能技术改造的建议。In order to increase the heating area and improve the unit efficiency, the heating transformation with exhaust steam on direct air-cooling units was conducted in a power plant owned by chemical production enterprise, by using high back pressure vacuum heater absorption unit's waste heat of exhaust steam. After the reformation, reduced the heat loss of the cold end and improved the overall thermal efficiency, circulating water temperature was increased by 15-20℃, and power consumption rate dropped by 1.5%-2%. After the whole heating cycle test, the operation conditions of the unit and heating system were all good, attained the transform objective. And given the suggestions that the units continued to reform with heat, electricity and cooling three generation mode.
