装调误差对滚仰式导引头视轴指向的影响分析

摘　　要：研究了装调误差对导引头视轴指向精度的影响。针对滚仰式导引头的结构特点,对位标器的主要装调误差进行了分类。利用坐标变换和空间几何关系,得到了导引头视轴指向误差和装调误差的函数关系。仿真结果表明视轴的指向误差与指向位置和框架角位置都有关联。所得结果对导引头的指标分解具有重要的参考价值。Influence of installation errors on direction of axis of sight of seeker was studied. According to structural characteristics of rollpitch seeker,main assembling and adjustment errors of the localizer were classified. Functional relationships between direction errors of axis of sight of the seeker and assembling and adjustment errors were obtained by coordinate transformation and spatial geometric relationship.Simulation results show that direction errors of axis of sight are related with both direction and angular positions of gimbals. The results have important reference value for index decomposition for seeker design.
