摘 要:针对某液体火箭发动机试验推力校准的需要,设计了推力校准测控系统。根据负反馈比例控制原理设计了电液伺服系统的闭环控制器,实现了标准力的闭环自动加载和控制,为推力校准提供了高稳定性、高精度的标准力。基于Labview8.6设计的测控软件并结合RS485通讯方式,实现了自动或手动推力校准以及校准过程的远程控制。校准结果表明,利用该系统可以快速地进行手动或自动推力校准,且校准精度高、效率高、可靠性好,完全满足推力校准的要求。According to requirement for thrust calibration in liquid rocket engine test,the measurement and control system was designed.The standard force could be loaded and controlled automatically by the designed closed-loop controller of the electro-hydraulic servo system based on negative feedback proportional control principle,so high stability and precision standard force was provided for thrust calibration.The automatic or manual thrust calibration and the remote control of the calibration process could be realized by the designed measurement and control software based on Labview8. 6 and RS485 communication. The calibration results show that the manual and automatic thrust calibration with high accuracy,high efficiency and good reliability can be done by this measurement and control system and the requirements of the thrust calibration can be satisfied fully.
