摘  要:研究了用硫酸从废旧镍氢电池负极材料中浸出镍、钴及稀土。试验结果表明:高温热浸条件下,镍、钴浸出率较高,稀土浸出率较低;低温冷浸条件下,稀土得到有效回收。此工艺较简单,可实现镍、钴与稀土的有效分离。Leaching of Ni ,Co and RE from waste Ni‐MH battery negative electrode was studied .The key factors of affecting leaching of metals were determined by experiments .The results show that the higher leaching rate of nickel and cobalt are obtained at the conditions of high temperature ,and the higher leaching rate of rare earth is obtained at the condition of low temperature after leaching of nickel and cobalt .The process is simple and can separate nickel ,cobalt and rare earth effectively from waste Ni‐MH batter negative electrode materials .
