摘  要:研究了用氧化铋从锌电解液中除氯。氧化铋在pH为4.0的稀硫酸中转化为一水碱式硫酸铋,然后加入到锌电解液中除氯。试验结果表明,当氧化铋加入量为理论量的2倍时,氯离子脱除率在92%以上,且铋损失率很小,氯氧铋渣经碱液再生可循环利用。实际生产中,用氧化铋除氯具有较高的可行性。Removal of chloride from zinc electrolyte with Bi2O3 was studied .The results show that Bi2O3 is dissolved in dilute sulfuric acid to transfer into bismuth sulfate then is added into zinc electrolyte to removal chloride .At the conditions of usage of Bi2O3 of 2 times theoretical amount , chloride precipitation is over 92% ,and lost of bismuth is very low .The residue formed as BiOCl can be regenerated in alkaline condition for recycle .Removal of chloride with Bi2 O3 in actual production has high feasibility .
