摘　　要：探讨了防冰工作方案的制定,防冰加固工程设备检修工作力度,重冰区的划分及资源的合理配置观冰工作的开展,观冰信息的收集上报分析,以及除冰工作的准备及实施的应用等方面。This paper discussed the regulation of anti-icing measures, the inspection and maintenance of anti-icing project, the division of severe icing district and the reasonable distribution of ice watching, the ice watching information collection and the preparation and execution of icing remove.
