摘　　要：中厚板表面缺陷不仅影响外观,更重要的是还降低了产品的抗腐蚀性、耐磨性、疲劳极限等使用性能。通过对表面缺陷成因进行分析和中厚板生产工艺优化,减少了缺陷的产生,提高了钢板的表面质量。Surface defects of medium plate not only affect external appearance, but also deteriorate the application performance such as corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, fatigue limit of the plate. By analyzing the formation causes of surface defects and optimizing production process of medium plate, the amount of defects is reduced and surface quality of steel plate is improved.
