摘　　要：工程设计阶段是工程建设的重要阶段,要保证建设工程质量,首先要保证设计质量和服务质量,减少设计变更和工程变更。那么如何才能减少和避免设计变更呢,此文从加强设计管理、组建核心设计团队,以及加强学习与培训和提高业务水平、强化施工设计图审校、加大创新力度和掌握新技术、合理安排设计周期等方面进行探讨。并以工程实例阐述优化设计变更的方法。Engineering design stage is the crucial stage of engineering construction. To ensure the quality of con- struction project need to ensure the design quality and service quality and reduce the design change and engineering change firstly. This article discusses how to reduce and avoid the design change from the as- pects of strengthening design management, forming the core design team, strengthening learning and training, and improving the level of business, strengthening the construction drawing review, strengthe- ning innovation and mastering new technology , and reasonable arrangement of design cycle. With an en- gineering example in this paper, the method of design change optimization is expounded.
