摘　　要：近年来,虽然农村信息化建设力度的不断加强,但是农村的信息服务依然存在着设施落后、缺少资金、缺乏人才等诸多问题;而面对大量的信息,农民的信息需求与信息选择也出现了不对等现象。这就需要重新架构县乡文化服务机构与农民信息需求之间的桥梁,通过完善农村信息化保障体制,加快农村信息服务体系建设,创新县乡文化机构的信息服务形式与服务内容,加强信息服务人员与服务对象的信息技术培训等措施,既满足农民对健康信息的需求,又加强县乡文化服务机构服务于农村农民的功能。In recent years,although the rural informatization construction continuing to be strengthen,there are still many issues of the information service in rural areas,such as facilities backward,funds lacking,talent lacking. At the same time,face to overwhelming information,farmers’ information demand and information selection also appear unequal phenomenon. These require re- structure the bridge between county cultural services and farmers’ information needs. Through the following methods we can both to meet the farmers’ demand for health information,and to strengthen the functionality of county cultural services agency： 1） improve rural information security system,2） speed up the construction of information service system in rural areas,3） innovative information services in the form of county cultural institutions and services,4） strengthen information services it training and other measures for personnel and services objects.
