摘　　要：国际国内粮食市场一体化的背景下,我国传统的粮食流通产业必须转变为现代粮食流通产业以繁荣粮食经济、维护粮食安全。我国现代粮食流通产业的发展还面临着管理体制、机制和政策等因素的多重制约。顺应现代粮食流通产业发展的客观趋势,政府部门应围绕产业目标定位,借鉴发达国家经验,推进粮食流通产业体制、机制和政策体系的全面创新。For the prosperity of the grain economy, safeguard grain safety,the international and domestic grain market in- tegration in the context of China＇s traditional grain circulation industry must be transformed into the modem grain circulation in- dustry. But China＇s modern grain circulation industry development is faced with system, mechanism and policy factors of multi- ple constraints. Conform to the modem grain circulation industry development objective tendency, the government should focus on industrial target, draw lessons from developed country experience, boost grain current industry system, mechanism and poli- cy system of comprehensive innovation.
