上卸料三足式离心机排气方式探究

摘　　要：结合工程实践,在调研相关资料的基础上对上卸料三足式离心机应用于过滤挥发物料时的排气问题进行了研究,设计了自排式、上排式、侧排式、密闭式4种排气方式,分析了每种排气方式优缺点和使用条件,供以后工程设计参考。Based on some research data and engineering practice, four kinds of exhaust structure for top discharge of three columns centrifuge are designed, which includes self exhaust type, top exhaust type, side exhaust type and closed exhaust type. The advantage and disadvantage of each exhaust type as well as application conditions are analyzed. References are provided for engineering project design.
