摘　　要：用200Gy的60Co-γ射线诱变皖麦50的干种子,对M2的性状进行变异及典型相关分析,结果表明,从变异系数看,粒重>粒数>沉降值>退化小穗数>千粒重>形成时间>稳定时间>湿面筋>蛋白质>硬度指数>穗长>株高>小穗数>出粉率>吸水率>容重。简单相关分析表明,粒重与蛋白质含量相关不显著。典型相关分析表明,产量性状与农艺性状间相关极显著,营养品质性状与加工品质性状间相关极显著。With Variated Wanmai 50 dry seeds by 200Gy of ^60 Co - γ ray ,Traits variation and canonical correla-tion analysis of M2 generation were made. The results showed that：From the coefficient of variation,grain weight〉 grains 〉 settlement value 〉 degradation spikelets 〉 grain weight 〉 formation time 〉 stable time 〉 wet gluten〉 protein 〉 hardness index 〉 ear length 〉 height 〉 spikelets 〉 flour yield 〉 absorption 〉 density. Simple cor-relation analysis showed that grain weight associated with protein content was not significant. Canonical correla-tion analysis showed that the relationship of yield traits and agronomic traits was significantly;the the relationship of nutritional quality traits and the processing quality traits was significantly.
