摘　　要：黑龙江省冰雪运动大众化推广具有广阔的空间和发展潜力,本文采用文献资料等研究方法,对黑龙江省冰雪运动大众化推广的优势及影响因素进行分析,研究发现:黑龙江省冰雪运动大众化推广具有独特的地理位置、浓郁的冰雪体育文化及日益壮大的冰雪产业等优势;针对基础设施亟待完善,市场管理缺乏统筹规划,专业人才短缺,安全防护措施不足等影响因素提出推广策略,以期促进黑龙江省冰雪运动大众化推广的可持续性发展。There is vast space and developing potentials for Heilongjiang province to promote winter sports popularization, through literature and some other research methods, the article made an analysis on the advantages and influential factors about Heilongjiang promotion of winter sports popularization, the following are found：there is a unique geographical advan- tage for Heilongjiang province to promotewinter sports popularization, full- bodied winter sports culture and growing industry ; the article brought out some promoting strategies in the light of the factors such as the urgent need to make infrastructure better,lack of overall planning with the management of the market.shortage of professionals and inadequate safety protection measures in order to maintain the sustainable development on the aspect of promoting its popularization.
