摘　　要：人类的需求是伴随着社会的发展和进步而有所改变的,在我国人民生活水平越来越高当今,人们对参与健身和保健的热情也在不断增加,也使得体育越来越贴近人民的生活,社会对体育的需求和对体育人才规格的要求也相应越来越高,这也就給我们在培养体育人才方面的规格提出了更高的要求。体育要服务于社会,就要针对社会的需求来培养体育人才。本文通过社会与体育的需求关系和高层次体育人才对社会化体育发展的重要性的分析,阐述了高层次体育人才培养目标架构和内容,为社会需求的高层次体育人才培养提供相应的理论基础。The human needs is accompanied by social development and progress and change, in increasing the living standards of our people today, people are enthusiastic to participate in fitness and health is also increasing, but also makes the sport more and more close people lives~ the demand for sports and sports talent specification requirements have become more sophisticated, it will give us the specifications in developing sports talent put forward higher requirements. Sports to serve society, it is necessary for the needs of the community to devel- op sports talent. This paper analyzes the relationship between demand and sports high - level personnel of the importance of social and sports socialization of sports development, describes the sport of high - level personnel training objectives and content architecture, provide the theoretical foundation for the sport of high - level personnel training needs of the community
