摘　　要：目的了解乳山市居民糖尿病发病现状及其危险因素,为防治策略的制定提供依据。方法在全市15个镇(街道)随机抽取1个村,每个村再随机抽取100户,每户抽取30周岁以上的居民作为调查对象,通过问卷调查和体格检查对调查对象进行调查。结果糖尿病的患病率为5.68%,女性高于男性(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析,年龄、肥胖和家族史与糖尿病均有密切关系。结论乳山市居民糖尿病的现患率较高,家族史对糖尿病影响较大。Objective To understand the epidemic situation and risk factors of Diabetes Mellitus among residents in Rushan city,so as to provide the scientific basis for the development of intervention measures. Methods One village was randomly selected in 15townships（sub-districts）,100 households were randomly selected in each village,each household residents were selected for more than 30 years of age as the research objects,questionnaire survey and physical examination were conducted. Results The prevalence rate of Diabetes Mellitus was 5.68%,the prevalence rate of female was higher than that of male（P〈0.05）.The Iogistic regression model analysis showed that age,obesity and family history had a close relationship with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion The diabetes mellitus prevalence rate is higher in Rushan city,influence of family history of diabetes mellitus is relatively big.
