摘  要:目的研究螺旋藻片对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 2013年5月,以小鼠为对象,以0.5、1.0、3.0g/kg·bw 3个剂量组的螺旋藻片给予小鼠经口灌胃30d后,测定小鼠胸腺指数、脾指数、脾淋巴细胞转化、迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞数量、血清溶血素、碳廓清、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞、NK细胞活性。结果与对照组比较,试验组的小鼠抗体生成细胞数和小鼠血清溶血素水平明显增高(P<0.01);小鼠迟发型变态反应明显增强(P<0.01),NK细胞活性亦明显升高(P<0.05)。结论螺旋藻片具有增强免疫力作用。Objective To study the effects of Spirulina tablets on immune function in mice. Methods In May 2013,the mice were fed with Spirulina with the doses of 0.5,1.0,and 3.0g/kg·bw once a day for 30 days.And immunological indexes were measured,which were thymus index,spleen index,ConA-induced spleen lymphocyte transformation test,the experiment of delayed type hypersensitivity,antibody forming cells,serum hemolysin in mice,carbon clearance measurement,the mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes experiments and determination of NK cell activity. Results Compared with the results of control group,the quantity of antibody-producing cell and hemolysin levels in serum of mice of experimental group increased(P〈0.01).The delayed allergy of experimental group was accelerated(P〈0.01).And NK cell activity of experimental group also significantly increased(P〈0.05). Conclusion Spirulina tablets are capable of enhancing the immune function.
