摘  要:对建立的完整股骨三维有限元模型进行了有限元静态分析.选取新鲜猪股骨上3个点贴应变片,并获得实验应变值;然后用有限元法计算获得对应测试点的模拟应变值,并与实验数据进行了对照;最后进行了人体股骨三维有限元建模,获得了准静态下的应力分布.猪股骨有限元模型所得不同载荷下指定位置的模拟数据与实验数据吻合,建模的方法可信;所建人体股骨有限元模型通过模拟计算获得了不同载荷下股骨的von Mises(等效)应力.用灰度值与材料属性关系所建立的人体股骨有限元模型能模拟真实情况,可用于股骨治疗的临床模拟.Three-dimensional finite element model of femur was established and the static analysis was com- pleted. Three test points from a fresh porcine femur were chosen to get the experimental strain values. Then the same loadings were simulated using a finite element model and compared with the experimental data. Fi- nally, a human femur was modeled by the same modeling of three-dimensional finite element method and the stress distribution was obtained. The simulation results of porcine femur fit well to the corresponding experi- mental results,and this modeling method is available. The von Mises stresses of human femur under different loadings were simulated and obtained using this modeling method. Finite element model of human femur built by relationship of gray values and material properties can simulate the real situation, which can potentially be applied in the clinical simulation of femoral therapy.
