摘　　要：电动轮卡车直流接触器在电制动过程中由于触点粘连而导致烧毁的现象时有发生,针对接触器经常烧毁,研制了一种接触器防粘连智能保护器。该控制器以ATmega16单片机为控制核心,具有电源系统模块化、强弱电完全隔离、数字量模拟量同时采集、液晶显示屏直观显示、声光报警功能。研制后对系统进行了现场实验,实验表明:该保护器可靠性高、智能化程度高、报警可视化、运行可靠,对设备起到了良好的保护。Electric wheel truck DC contactors often burn up because of contact adhesion in the electric braking process. This article has developed a contactor adhesion-proof intelligent protector aiming at contactors often being burned. The controller uses ATmega16 microcontroller as the core and has power system modular, strong and weak current complete isolation, digital and analog simultaneous acquisition, LCD intuitive display, sound and light alarm functions. Field experiments have been carried out after development. The results show that the protector has high reliability, high degree intelligence, visual alarm and reliable operation, which plays a good protection on equipment.
