摘  要:目的:建立紫外分光光度法(UV)测定安息香中总香脂酸含量,并比较紫外分光光度法与药典法(重量法)的差异,以探讨适宜的安息香总香脂酸含量测定方法。方法:采用2种方法测定相同安息香样品,比较2种方法的结果差异。结果:紫外分光光度法检测波长为223 nm,对照品苯甲酸在0.002~0.01 mg/m L线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.75%,RSD为2.75%。UV与重量法测得,测得同一批次(n=6)安息香总香脂酸平均含量为30.14%和31.48%,两种测定方法对测定结果相近,无显著性差异。结论:紫外分光光度法较药典法测定总香脂酸含量更为简便灵敏、结果准确可靠,可用于安息香总香脂酸的含量测定。Objective: To establish the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV) for the determination of total balsamic acids from Benzoinum and compare the difference of content between UV and Chinese Pharmacopoeia method ( gravimetric method) to investigate the suitable method for determination of total balsamic from Benzoinum. Methods: Total balsamic acis of the same Benzoi- num sample were determined by UV and gravimetric method, the results of two methods were compared. Results: The detecter wave- length of UV was set at 223nm. As the chemical reference, benzoic acid had a good linear relationship when the content of was within the range 0. 004 - 0. 01mg/mL. The average recovery of UV was 99. 75% , and RSD was 2. 75%. The average content of total balsamic acids in Benzoinum from the same batch determined by UV and gravimetric method was 30. 14% and 31.48%. There was no significant difference between the two methods for the content of total balsamic acids in Benzoinum. Conclusion : Compared to Chinese pharmaco- poeia method, UV is sensitive and simple, and the determination result is accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the determination of total balsamic acids.
