电针对荷乳腺癌小鼠肿瘤组织中雌激素和孕激素受体表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针"百会"、"长强"穴位对荷乳腺癌小鼠肿瘤组织内雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)表达的影响。方法:将MA-782小鼠乳腺癌细胞株接种于小鼠左侧腋下制作荷瘤小鼠模型,造模成功后将荷瘤小鼠随机分为模型组和电针组。电针治疗结束后采用免疫组织化学法检测荷乳腺癌小鼠肿瘤组织中雌激素和孕激素受体表达。结果:电针组8个样本中,ER样性表达8个,阳性表达率100%,PR阳性表达7个,阳性表达率87.5%;模型组8个样本中,ER样性表达0个,阳性表达率0%,PR阳性表达2个,阳性表达率25.0%,电针组乳腺癌小鼠ER、PR的阳性表达率明显高于非电针组。结论:ER、PR表达与肿瘤的恶性程度有关,研究结果提示电针对乳腺癌小鼠的ER、PR具有促进的作用,这可能是电针治疗对乳腺癌的预后起到积极的作用的原因之一。Objective： To observe the effect on receptor express of estrogen and progesterone on tumor-bearing mice treated by electro-acupuncture. Methods： The MA-782 breast cancer cell strain was injected under the skin of the left axillar of the mice. Upon successful model establishment, electro-acupuncture was administered on electro-acupuncture group. Electro-acupuncture was adminis- tered at Changqiang （GV 1 ） and Baihui （GV 20） . After the third electro-acupuncture treatment, animals were immediately sacri- riced. Samples were then extracted and preserved for indexes testing. The levels of Receptor Express of Estrogen and Progesterone in tumor tissue were measured by immunohistochemical method. Results： Electro-acupuncture group 8 examples, the positive expression rate of ER and PR were 100% and 87.5% respectively ; the model group 8 samples, the positive expression rate of ER and PR were 0% and 25% respectively. There were significant differences in the expression of ER and PR in tumor tissue of the mice between elec- tro-acupuncture group and non-acupuncture group. Conclusion： The ER and PR expression in tumor are associated with malignant de- gree. Electroacupuncture on mice with breast cancer can improved the expression of ER and PR, which may be one of the causes of ac- upuncture treatment on breast cancer prognosis has played a positive role.
