补肾活血方经直肠给药对肾虚血瘀不孕患者的临床助孕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察并评价补肾活血方经直肠给药对肾虚血瘀型不孕患者的助孕疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的61例肾虚血瘀型不孕患者随机分为补肾活血方直肠给药组和中药口服组,分别给予补肾活血中药直肠给药和口服给药,观察两组患者用药后妊娠情况及中医肾虚血瘀证候改善情况。结果:1.直肠给药组自然妊娠6例,口服组自然妊娠1例,2组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),直肠给药组优于口服组;2.中医肾虚血瘀证候:2组治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾活血方经直肠给药可提高肾虚血瘀型不孕患者自然妊娠成功率;补肾活血方通过直肠给药和口服给药均可改善肾虚血瘀证候。Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of kidney-supplementing and blood-moving formula by rectal administra- tion for female patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods： The 61 cases female patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups： 31 cases from the rectal administration group, 30 cases from the oral group, com- pare the natural pregnancy number, and the improvement of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome between the two groups. Results： 1. The rectal administration group： 6 cases in natural pregnancy; the oral group： 1 case in natural pregnancy. There is a statistical significance difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, rectal administration group is superior to the oral group ; 2. The improvement of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome： the comparison between pre-therapy and post-therapy of two groups have statistical signifi- cance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the comparison between two groups after treatment have no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The kidney-supplementing and blood-moving formula by rectal administration can increase the natural pregnancy rate of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis; both two treatments can improve syndromes of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
