穴位注射配合自制药枕治疗颈椎生理弧度异常症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈椎生理弧度异常症的病因和发病机制,观察穴位注射配合自制药枕治疗颈椎生理弧度异常症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院门诊收治的120例患者为研究对象,给予双侧风池穴局部注射配合自制药枕治疗3个疗程,随访6个月。结果:120例患者治愈93例,显效18例,有效4例,无效5例,总有效率为95.8%。结论:本法临床疗效好,简便、易操作、患者易于配合,值得推广。Objective： To discuss the pathogenesis and treatment of abnormality of cervical lordosis. Observe the clinical ther- apeutic effects by point injection with self-made drug pillow. Methods： Selection of 120 outpatient patients in our hospital as the re- search object. Afford to Feng-chi point injection and self-made drug pillow. Treatment three weeks, follow up six months. Results： In the 120 cases, cures 93 patients, obvious effects 18 patients, effective 4 patients, no efficacy 5 patients. The effective rate is 95.8%. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect is better. Also the method is simple and easy to operate. The methods is easy to ac- cept, should be popularized.
