国内外造纸法再造烟叶物理指标对比分析

摘　　要：以国内22个造纸法再造烟叶产品和国外19个产品为研究对象,测定其7个物理指标,并对检测结果进行差异性分析。统计分析可知,国外产品在定量和平衡含水率指标上平均值高于国内产品,国内产品在填充值和抗张强度指标上平均值高于国外产品;T检验表明,国内外产品在定量、厚度、填充值和抗张强度指标上存在差异;方差分析与多重比较还进一步指出了国内外不同厂家间在定量、厚度、阴燃速率和抗张强度物理指标间存在差异,为找出并缩短国内外产品差距,提高产品质量提供参考。Seven physical indexes in twenty-two domestic paper-process reconstituted tobacco （PRT） products and nineteen foreign products were determined and analyzed. The results of statistic description analysis showed the means of quantify and moisture content of the foreign PRT products were higher than those of domestic products, and the means of filling value and tensile strength of the domestic PRT products were higher than those of foreign products. The results of T test, variance analysis and multiple comparisons showed that quantify, thickness, filling value, smoldering velocity and tensile strength had significant differences between domestic and foreign products, difference from domestic and foreign manufacturers can also be obtained with variance analysis and multiple comparisons method, which provide some reference for shortening difference and improving quality of the product in our country.
