摘  要:建立了一个快速测定纸制品中松香酸含量的超高效液相色谱方法,该方法以甲醇为萃取溶剂,在85℃下微波萃取纸制品中的松香酸,萃取物直接进行超高效液相色谱分析,外标法定量。在S/N(信噪比)=3的条件下,该方法的检出限为0.1mg/kg,精密度为1.36%,加标平均回收率为80.00%~95.20%。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,分析耗时只有3.5min,适用于纸制品中松香酸含量的快速测定。An effective method was established to determine the content of abietic acid in paper products. Abietic acid in paper products was microwave-assisted extracted at 85℃ using methanol as the extraction solvent. The extract was analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). The content of abietie acid was cablirated by external standard method. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0. lmg/kg at the condition of signal to noise (S/N) of 3. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of precision experiment was 1.36%. The spiked average recoveries changed from 80.00% to 95.20%. The proposed method was simple and sensitive, only needing 3.5 minutes for the total analysis procedure, and applicable for the rapid determination of abietic acid in paper products.
