贵州半细毛羊选育前后部分性状的对比分析

摘　　要：采用核心群开放式选育方法,旨在提高贵州半细毛羊的生产性能。研究结果表明:核心群和基础群,初生和4月龄的公、母羔平均体质量均差异不显著,周岁、成年公母羊平均体质量均极显著高于选育前(P<0.01),周岁公、母羊分别提高10.58%、11.50%,成年公、母羊分别提高5.88%、6.99%。除威宁种羊场成年公羊剪毛量和公母羊羊毛长度、盐仓和兴发养羊户的成年公羊羊毛长度显著高于选育前(P<0.05)外,其他公母羊的剪毛量、羊毛长度均极显著高于选育前(P<0.01),周岁公、母羊平均剪毛量分别提高24.30%、21.01%,平均羊毛长度分别提高8.22%、10.96%,成年公、母羊平均剪毛量分别提高18.22%、17.50%,平均羊毛长度分别提高8.66%、8.82%。产羔率、断奶成活率、繁殖率、繁殖成活率分别提高2.41%、0.21%、2.03%、2.25%;成年公羊屠宰率、净肉率分别提高3.43%、8.59%。通过选育,贵州半细毛羊生产性能获得显著进展。The open breeding method was used for improving the production performance of Guizhou Semi-fine Wool Sheep.The results showed that the body mass of primary lamb was not significantly different between the core herd and the basic group,also between the 4months male and 4months female lamb.The yearling and adult sheep was significantly higher than the before breeding sheep on the body mass（P〈0.01）,yearling rams and ewes body mass increased by 10.58%,11.50%,while adult rams and ewes increased by 5.88%,6.99% respectively.The wool yield of rams and wool length of breeding rams and ewes were higher than that before breeding in Weining Sheep Breeding Farm（P〈0.05）,so was the rams wool length of sheep farmers in the Yanchang and Xingfa.The wool yield and wool length of breeding rams and ewes were significantly higher than that before breeding inanother place（P〈0.01）,the average wool yield of yearling rams and ewes increased respectively24.3% and 21.01%,and the average wool length increased respectively 8.22% and 10.96%;the average wool yield of adult rams and ewes increased respectively 18.22% and 17.50%,and the average wool length increased respectively 8.66%and 8.82%,and while 2.41%,0.21%,2.03%,2.25%for lambing rate,weaning survival rate,reproduction rate,reproductive survival rate respectively.The adult rams increased by 3.43%,8.59% for slaughter rate and meat percentage.Guizhou Semi-fine Wool Sheep production performance has been improved significantly through breeding.
