畲药干预脂代谢影响颈动脉斑块临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨畲族医药联用拜阿司匹林干预脂质代谢,治疗颈动脉斑块形成的临床疗效。方法:随机抽取门诊颈动脉斑块患者105例,随机分为对照组、治疗组。治疗组55例给以畲药为主的食凉茶(畲药)、嘎狗穞(畲药)、野葛根(畲药)、泽泻煎水剂400 m L,分早、晚2次口服+拜阿司匹林片,100 mg每日1次口服,疗程为6个月。对照组50例,给予荷丹片每次2片,每日3次口服,两药连续同用6个月。对比观察3个月、6个月血脂、颈部动脉斑块超声情况和临床症状。结果:观察组55例斑块消减50例,有效率达90.9%;对照组50例中斑块消减35例,有效率为70%。结论:畲药联用阿司匹林在治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块疗效显著,是减少和预防心脑血管事件可推广的民族药物。Objective： In our experiment,we investigated the effect of She medicine and aspirin on patients with carotid plaques. Methods ： We randomly divided 105 cases of outpatients with carotid plaques into control group and experimental group. The experimental group which had 55 patients was treated with She medicine and Zexie Decoction and aspirin（ 100 mg,once a day）. Treatment course was 6 months. The control group which had 50 patients was treated with Hedan Tablet（ 2 tablets each time,3 times a day） for 6 months. Results： In experimental group,the carotid plaques of 50 patients were smaller. The efficiency was 90. 9%. In control group,the carotid plaques of 35 patients were smaller. The efficiency was 70%. Conclusion ：The She medicine combined with aspirin had significant efficiency for the patients with paticarotid plaques.
