中医五脏病患者的面型特征研究

摘　　要：目的:在以往面诊信息化研究的基础上,通过对五脏病患者的面部图像进行数字化测量分析,以探讨五脏病患者的面型特征。方法:运用中医面型分析系统对五脏病患者的面部图像进行测量并计算相关面型指数,比较各组之间面型指数的差异。结果:1正常组与五脏病组各面型指数存在统计学差异(P<0.05),其中慢性乙肝组的鼻指数最高,慢性肾衰组最低;慢性乙肝组的口指数最高,冠心病组最低;支气管哮喘组的容貌面指数最高,冠心病组最低;慢性胃炎组的头面宽指数最高,慢性乙肝组最低;支气管哮喘组的形态面指数最高,冠心病组最低;2五脏病组的面型分布情况存在一定规律,其中冠心病组以中鼻型、阔鼻型、阔上面型、中上面型、阔面型与超阔面型多见;慢性乙肝组以阔鼻型、中上面型、超狭面型、狭面型与中面型多见;慢性胃炎组以阔鼻型、中上面型、超狭面型与狭面型多见;支气管哮喘组以阔鼻型、中上面型、狭上面型、超狭面型与狭面型多见;慢性肾衰组以中鼻型、中上面型、中面型、超狭面型与狭面型多见。结论:本研究表明五脏病患者的面型特征有一定规律,提示不同的面型特征可能与某种疾病的发生有一定关联,这为中医"治未病"提供了新的思路和方法。Objective： This study aimed to measure the facial photos from patients with five- zang organs diseases in order to analyze and differentiate their characteristics of face shapes on the basis of previous facial diagnosis research.Methods： The software FDAS was used to gain face shape indexes. Results：（ 1） The indexes from the control group and the zang organs groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） with the maximum value of nasal index in CHB group and the minimum value in CRF group,the maximum value of oral index in CHB group and the minimum value in CHD group,the maximum value of physiognomic facial index in asthma group and the minimum value in CHD group,the maximum value of head width index in chronic gastritis group and the minimum value in CHB group,the maximum value of morphological facial index in asthma group and the minimum value in CHD group.（ 2） It was regular in the distribution of face shapes in the zang organs groups. Conclusion： The research shows that face shapes of patients with five zang organs diseases have certain rules which may be related with the occurrence of some diseases to a certain extent. This provides new ideas and methods for preventive treatment of disease in TCM.
