中药“消疮饮”对兔耳模型及血流变学的实验研究

摘　　要：痤疮(acne)是皮肤科的常见病、多发病,尤其在青春期男女发病率最高。本病属中医"肺风粉刺"范畴。中医认为其发病多因饮食不节,过食肥甘厚味,肺胃湿热,复感风邪而致。"消疮饮"是医院沿用多年的治疗痤疮的专方、基础方,纯中药制剂,具有疗效确切、复发率低、低不良反应的优点。为进一步探讨"消疮饮"的作用机制,为临床应用提供科学有效的药效学依据,验证"消疮饮"的主要药理作用,实验从活血化瘀及痤疮模型方面阐明其作用机制,验证"消疮饮"具有活血化瘀和对兔耳微痤疮的治疗作用。Acne vulgaris is a common and frequently- occurring disease in dermatology,and particularly has the highest incidence of adolescent girls and boys. This disease is Feifengfenci in TCM. According to Chinese medicine,eating disorders,lung and stomach damp- heat,wind- attacking are the causes. Xiaochuangyin is used for many years in the treatment of acne in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM. It is the Chinese medicine decoction with low recurrence and low side effects. In order to further explore the mechanism of Xiaochuangyin and provide scientific and effective pharmacological basis for clinical application,this experimental model elaborated the mechanism from promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and acne connection and verified the effects of Xiaochuangyin on rabbit- ear micro- acne treatment.
