中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列平胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效及其安全性评价,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法:将本组110例慢性前列腺炎患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=55)和治疗组(n=55)。对照组给予盐酸坦洛新胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合前列平胶囊治疗;两组患者均以治疗4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率(89.09%)显著高于对照组(69.09%),且有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后NIH-CPSI各项及总评分均显著低于各组间治疗前,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后NIH-CPSI各项及总评分均显著低于对照组,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后最大尿流率及平均尿流率显著高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:前列平胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效显著,可明显改善患者生活质量,提高尿流率,且无明显的不良反应,临床上应用安全可靠,具有重要研究价值。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Qianlieping Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained- release tablets in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 110 cases of chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into control group（ n =55） and treatment group（ n = 55） according to the random number table. The control group received tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules and the treatment group used the Qianlieping Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained- release tablets. Both two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. After two courses,the effects were observed. Results： The total effective rate（ 89. 09%） in the treatment group was significantly higher than that（ 69. 09%）in the control group after treatment. After treatment,the NIH- CPSI total score was significantly lower than that before treatment in each group and had a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the NIH- CPSI and total scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the maximum flow rate and average flow rate were significantly higher in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Qianlieping Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained- release tablets has significant effect on chronic prostatitis and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,improve urinary flow rate and has no significant adverse reactions. The clinical application is safety and reliability and has important research value.
