摘  要:目的建立曙红Y(EY)化学发光体系快速测定妥布霉素滴眼液的方法。方法在强碱性条件下EY与N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)发生作用,产生较强的化学发光(CL),妥布霉素对该体系的发光信号有增敏作用。当NBS为0.889 9 mg·mL^-1、NaOH为20 mg·mL^-1、EY为0.484 3 mg·mL^-1时,用于妥布霉素的测定。结果妥布霉素在0.101 8~10.18μg·mL^-1内线性关系良好,线性相关系数r为0.999 6,检出限为6.388×10^-2μg·mL^-1。结论本方法分析速度快、灵敏度高,可以用于妥布霉素滴眼液的快速分析检测。Objective To establish a chemilumin escence(CL) meth od to determine t obramycin in eye drops. Metho ds A clear CL signal was recorded when eosin Y(EY) dissolved in the strong alkaline solution was mixed with N-bromosuccinimide(NBS). The CL signal was enhanced by the addition of tobramycin into the EY-NBS system. Tobramycin was determined when the concentrations of NBS, NaOH and EY were 0.889 9 mg·mL^- 1, 20 mg·mL^- 1 and 0.484 3 mg·mL^- 1 respectively. Results T he increase in the CL intensity had a good linearity with the tobramycin concentration. Good linearity was obtained with a coeffi cie nt of 0.999 6 at 0.101 8- 10.18 μg·mL-1 and a detection limit of 6.388×10-2 μg·mL^-1. Conclusion This study provides a simple and quick method to detect to bramycin in eye drops.
