摘 要:目的观察经黄精多糖干预后痴呆小鼠海马CA1区线粒体超微结构的变化。方法 26只APP转基因小鼠,随机分为空白对照组(n=8)、低剂量黄精多糖治疗组(n=9)和高剂量黄精多糖治疗组(n=9)。采用不同浓度黄精多糖溶液对治疗组APP转基因小鼠连续直接灌胃法灌胃(ig)45 d后,取海马CA1区组织行透视电镜下观察,对其线粒体的数量、面积、变性程度改变进行体视学分析。结果经黄精多糖干预后的海马CA1区线粒体体密度增加,线粒体变性程度减轻。结论黄精多糖能保护痴呆小鼠海马CA1区线粒体结构。Objective To investigate the effect of polygona-polysaccharose(PP) on the mitochondrial ultrastructure in the hippocampus of dementia mice. Methods Different concentrations of PP solution were intragastrically administered to APP transgenic mice daily for 45 consecutive days. The tissues of the hippocampus CA1 region were observed through transmission electron microscope, and stereology was adopted to analyze the quantity, sectional area and degeneration of its mitochondria. Results The PP treated groups exhibited an obvious increase in the mitochondrial quantity, an increase in mitochondrial sectional area, and a decrease in degeneration degree, and the improvement of its mitochondrial had some dose-effect relation. Conclusion PP helps to improve the mitochondrial structure in the hippocampus CA1 region of dementia mice.
