摘　　要：目的研究2种不同类型盐酸氨溴索注射剂的稳定性。方法将2种类型的盐酸氨溴索注射剂分别置于4 500 Lx光照、60℃高温下放置5、10 d以及加速试验条件下3个月,分别测定各项指标并与起始数据比较。结果盐酸氨溴索注射液在上述条件下各项指标无变化;盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液在各个条件下放置后含量下降,有关物质增加。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液比盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液更为稳定。Objective To determine the stability of different ambroxol hydrochloride injections. Methods Two kinds of ambroxol hydrochloride injections were stored at light（4 500 Lx）, 60 ℃ for 5 and 10 d and at accelerated test conditions for 3 months. The indicators were compared with the initial data. Results Under the above conditions, the indicators of ambroxol hydrochloride injections showed no difference; the content of ambroxol hydrochloride and glucose injection was decreased and related substance was increased. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride injection is stabler than ambroxol hydrochloride and glucose injection.
