摘　　要：目的优化现行高低限量维护方法,提高库存管理效率。方法依托"军卫一号"HIS系统,应用PowerBuilder和Excel软件,每月全面、快速调整波动较大的药品高低限量,保证药品供应并减少积压,提高库存周转率。结果住院药房药品供应满足率>96%,库存周转率>270%。结论节省了大量维护高低限量的时间,保障临床用药的同时又减少了药品积压,提高了工作效率。Objective To optimize the current high and low limits maintenance and improve inventory management effi ciency. Methods We used ＂No.1 Military Medical Project＂ hospital information systems and PowerBuilder and Excel software to monthly and comprehensively fi nd and adjust the high and low limits of volatility pharmaceuticals, to ensure supply of medicines and reduce the backlog and improve inventory turnover rate. Results The hospital pharmacy drug supply satisfaction rate was more than 96.0%, and the inventory turnover rate greater than 270%. Conclusion The high and low limits maintenance time is reduced and clinical medication guaranteed. The backlog of drugs is reduce, work effi ciency improved.
