护理院校开设护理职业毒理与护理职业防护课程的必要性研究

摘　　要：目的调查护理专业专升本学生及专家对设置职业防护课程的需求,分析在护理院校中开设护理职业毒理与护理职业防护课程的必要性。方法采用自设问卷,对山西医科大学2011级379名护理专升本学生进行调查,并对17名护理及毒理领域的专家进行访谈。结果多数学校未开设专门的职业防护相关课程,但课堂教学仍是学生学习职业防护相关知识的最主要途径;学生及专家普遍认为学校应加入专门的职业防护及其基础知识相关教育。结论目前护理专业学生职业防护教育现状不容乐观,有必要在护理院校开设护理职业毒理与护理职业防护课程。Objective To investigate the demands of occupational protection education rated by RN-to-Baccalaureate nursing students and experts,and to analyze the necessity of setting up the course of Nursing Occupational Toxicology and Occupational Protection in nursing colleges. Methods Totally 379 RN-to-Baccalaureate nursing students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Moreover,17 experts in the fields of nursing and toxicology were interviewed. Results Most nursing colleges have not set up occupational protection courses,but classroom teaching was still the main approach for students to learn relevant knowledge of occupational protection.Nursing students and experts suggested to set up occupational protection courses in nursing schools and colleges.Conclusion The occupational protection education for nursing students is insufficient. It is necessary to set up the course of Nursing Occupational Toxicology and Occupational Protection in nursing schools and colleges.
