数控耦合式复合纺纱系统的构建和三基色混配色纺纱工艺研究

摘　　要：基于耦合牵伸机理构建了具有三基色混配色功能的数控三组份耦合式复合纺纱理论与技术,重点分析了三组份耦合牵伸机理,明晰了多组份耦合牵伸的复合纺纱方法及RGB三基色配色工艺.通过耦合牵伸、交变换色、梯度配色和混合加捻,实现了具有混配色与纺纱成型双功能同步进行的数控耦合式复合纺纱.Based on the coupling drawing mechanism,we establish theories and technologies of the NC three-component coupling type composite spinning with the function of trichromatic color mixing.The three-component coupling drafting mechanism is analyzed,and the multi-component coupled drafting composite spinning method and RGB trichromatic color matching process are investigated.Through coupling drawing,color transformation,gradient matching and mixed twisting,the numerical control coupling type composite spinning with synchronous operation of color mixing and yarn forming is achieved.
