摘　　要：研究农业科研单位公开招聘多元化考试的必要性,进一步探索分析多元化考试中存在的问题,提出完善公开招聘及考试立法体系、创新考试方式、引入先进的测评技术等改进策略。The author starts to study the necessity of diversified test of open recruitment, and then further analysis some questions in diversified test. Some solutions such as establishing open recruitment and test legislation system, fmding key and classification, using different combination, innovating text mode and introducing of advanced measurement technology are put forward.
